This space is designed to support children (10–12) and teenagers (13–19) in understanding their emotions, building resilience, and navigating challenges. It is a safe, child-friendly environment where young people can explore resources, activities, and guidance tailored to their age and developmental needs.

Pre-Teens (10–12 years)

A child-focused area for emotional support, confidence building, and social development.

Common Challenges We Support:

  • Emotional meltdowns at home or school

  • Negative attitudes towards learning or low motivation

  • Low self-esteem and confidence

  • Difficulties with friendships and social interactions

  • Bullying experiences

  • Family difficulties or parent separation

Activities & Resources for Pre-Teens:

  • Feeling Rainbow Journal: Encourage children to track their emotions daily using colors and simple prompts.

  • Calm Breathing Exercises: Step-by-step exercises to help manage stress, anger, or anxiety.

  • Fun Self-Expression Prompts: Drawing, journaling, or creative writing to explore feelings safely.

  • Tips for Parents: Simple ways to support emotional regulation, build confidence, and strengthen parent-child communication.

  • Journaling Prompts: Encourage self-reflection, goal-setting, and emotional awareness.

  • Confidence & Resilience Exercises: Step-by-step activities to develop coping skills and self-belief.

  • Parent & Guardian Guides: Advice for supporting teens through school transitions, puberty, and emotional challenges.
